Picta Miro Sandblasted Bent Billiard with Silver (09) Tobacco Pipe

Joan Miro's 1925 piece "Head of a Smoker" is, to put it mildly, a rather abstract representation of a pipe smoker. This left the late Giancarlo Guidi quite a bit of leeway in coming up with a design, and he did not wasted an inch of it. Combining a signature Italian style of urn-like Billiard bowl with notched, almost flower-like rim, the result is rather like a highly organic Pesaro re-interpretation of the old Dunhill "windshield" pipe.
