About This Pipe

A stylized, conspicuously elongated Rhodesian, this Ser Jacopo design takes its inspiration from the pipe (a clay, so it appears) seen being smoked by one V. Nubiola in Joan Miro's namesake "Portrait of V. Nubiola". Though Giancarlo has obviously made changes in his interpretation, which is quite a bit more robust than the delicately slender Egg-like design seen Miro's painting painting, he's also considerably altered the traditional Rhodesian formula to lend it much the same character as well - hence the softly rounded bowl, and the long, smoke-cooling proportions.
