Sandblasted Bent Bulldog (S2) Tobacco Pipe

This wonderfully executed bulldog is so cool, that it has me instinctively reaching for a milk bone to keep it close by. The shape is all about that amazing Pesaro way of combining chubbiness and elegance, an aspect that is enhanced by spinning the diamond of the shank 45 degrees and squaring it off. Giancarlo made a superb choice in utilizing that tapered bit, rather than a saddle. The latter would have altered that gorgeous shank and bit line.
