With an urn or pitcher-like bowl of unmistakable Pesaro style, and featuring a novel notched, softly rounded rim, this Ser Jacopo Picta design shows considerable shaping flourish. Of course, considering the extreme abstractness of the Joan Miro piece this design was inspired by, Giancarlo was left with quite a bit of creative leeway.
