Lasse's affinity for bent shapes with pronounced spherical elements has been the stuff of legend for well over a decade now. While ever-morphing, to my eye they took their largest leap forward after his extended study with Teddy Knudsen. Displaying Lasse's ever-present careful management of line and balance, Skovgaard deftly created a greater visual emphasis on the bowl through the use of a more prominent upper-third of the same, followed by creating a nifty cocavity to the rear. All that was needed at that point was the perfect, low-profile oval shank (and killer grain, of course). Recommended.
