Unusual amongst most other popular Stanwell shapes, the "45" is quite short, stout, and most of all, square. It is, simply, a classic Pot strongly reminiscent of the English style. And there's not a thing wrong with that when what you want is solid, straightforward shaping, perhaps with a bit of extra breadth in the chamber to sweeten the deal.
