The straight Billiard is a simple shape, and so you don't have to change much to alter one's impression of some particular rendition. The cues here are modest; a bit of extra reach to the transition, a slight lift to the bowl's underside and heel, and a touch trimmer of a form overall. Yet, the result is the very image of the Danish way to do this old classic. Of course, a light sandblast with a black finish doesn't hurt any either, that itself being a long-standing standard of the Danish school.
