Like many Vauen designs, the "15" blends Italian fullness of form, the graceful flow of simple Danish lines, and a touch or two of Germany's own solidity (the latter-most notably obvious in this shape's lower bowl). This example is presented in the Ascot series's walnut finish, a smooth, handsomely simple look.
