This English has a bit of pep! The Perique is enough to keep it interesting, a new Favorite for me in the FM series along with FM original! And to quote the last review, it grows on you as you smoke it!

Frog Morton on the Bayou grows on you the more you smoke it. Without question it's one of my favorites due to its subtle smoky, sweet, mellowness. I reserve this for the evening smoke on my porch. They got this one right.

This is a woody blend. Flavor of spiced BBQ. Strong flavor and spiciness. I prefer Frog Morton Cellar blend.

Frog Morton on the Bayou is well-balanced, smooth and sweet. This blend is mellow and easy to smoke and one that I'll continue to keep in my rotation. This is the first tobacco in the series that I've tried, but I will definitely be trying the othe... Read More

This is one of the very few tobaccos I've had that actually gets better as you smoke it. Just the perfect amount of Perique!

I knew I needed to order more of this tobacco during the pre-light. As soon as I put a match to this leaf it got my attention. It was sweet and tangy. I am assuming this is from the virginias and perique. Once I got it well lit I could start noticing... Read More
Frog Morton on the Bayou - a good Perique blend

This blend has a really good Perique "flavor" right out of the tin and I will need to order some more so I can cellar it for aging. If it ages the same way that my other Perique and Perique/Latakia blends age, then it will be truly great!

I bought this tin on a recommendation from a fellow pipe smoker. I usually like aromatic tobaccos and wanted to try something a bit different. This blend burned cool and very evenly. All the flavors coming out during the smoke were mellow and not ... Read More

This is kind of an average blend IMHO. Not too harsh but fairly non decript. I'll smoke the rest of the can but would probably not re order.
