This ashtray is very solid. Solid enough to survive multiple falls from most end tables, unless you happen to have concrete floors or something. Love the weight of this ashtray as my cat has taken numerous others out sliding across the table. The weight of this one it can hold its own plus it looks nice in the middle of my desk with a pipe cradled in place.

I picked up a couple of these because of the great price and generous size. Thrilled with them! Nice and heavy so they're not blowing or getting knocked off of the tables I have in my outdoor smoking areas.
