I like using filters and these get wet and dirty after a few bowls so they're doing something. I also cut them in half to double the value. Smokingpipes has the best price on these as well.

I smoke MM cobs, exclusively, and use Medico filters most of the time since I tend to be a "wet" smoker. But I'm also CHEAP and cut each filter in half, thereby turning a box of 10 into a box of 20! Still does the job, lol. 👍

"These filters really make a difference in My cobs. Knocks down the harsh and beastly nature of some tobacco. Never a Bite and seems to provide a drier smoke. Like the price too. Does not change the flavor or smokability of a pipe either......
