These tapered pipe cleaners are perfect for my Peterson P-lip. It makes it a lot easier to run a cleaner through the bit.

So, these have been my go to for some years now and they've always been nice and fluffy, but recently I got a few packages and two of them seemed to be about 30% less fluffy. These break in half and very inconsistent. I think they are BJ rejects!

Perfect and well made. The cleaner doesn't shed; and I like it that the thick end fits snugly into the draft hole of the stummel, while the narrow end cleans the inside of the P-lip very well, resulting in a nice, clean, and well-scrubbed airway.
Easily my favorite brand!

I’ve tried a few brands but those are the ones that shed the less debris, absorb the most moisture and get in the thinner draft holes with ease.

These are quite absorbent, non abrasive, and the taper can help running through the mouthpiece, especially during a smoke. I mention that it's non abrasive, because some people might worry about damaging meerschaum, these will not and I find them perfect.

Nothing fancy or special here. Just good cleaners at a nice price.

...pipe-cleaner wires that break. These Peterson's are unusually absorbent, and that's the good new. To make them taper to such a narrow point, the manufacturer has used a very thin wire. When I double the pipe cleaner up to swirl around the bowl and clean up the residual dust and soak up any moisture that has settled in the bowl, the wire often breaks, making the exercise a little more difficult because the pipe cleaner becomes floppy. These are great, I haven't had any issues with shedding or folding and they are very absorbent!
