Tampers & Tools: Jerry Zenn Silver Tamper

Jerry Zenn is well known for his handcrafted, artisan pipes, the Taiwanese carver having come to pipe making after a career as an auto mechanic. His familiarity with machinery and working with his hands has translated well to fashioning high-grade pipes, and Zenn has extended that experience and knowledge to tampers. Here, he presents a slender, curving one of silver, the middle section carved in a spiral motif to provide better grip. It comes complete with its own zippered case, replete with a silver-polishing cloth.
