Gifts: 2013 Poster

We here at Smokingpipes are, naturally enough, big proponents of pipe-smoking. Likewise, beard-growing, given that most of our (male) staff sports at least some degree of beardiness. And what better way to celebrate pipes and beards, than to make two of our own bearded pipemen engage in a bit of gentlemanly fisticuffs for our collective entertainment? All perfectly reasonable, once you think about it. And why not stipulate that each combatant must keep a pipe lit at all times throughout? Thus did we happen to come by a suitable theme for this year's official Smokingpipe's poster, as photographed by our own Kathryn Mann.*

And on the reverse, you'll find Ted, Katie, and Kat's own contribution to the project, in the form of a bit of hand-folded origami graphic design.


*No animals** were harmed in the making of this poster.
