Cohiba: Serie M Reserva Roja Cigars
Product Number: 007-411-0037
Cohiba is arguably the most recognized name in all of the cigar world, having been adopted as the exclusive personal cigar of Cuba's Fidel Castro for 16 years before being offered for public sale. In 1978, America's General Cigar adopted the name for their own line of cigars, and acquired a great deal of acclaim for their traditional, Cubanesque smokes.
The Original Serie M cigar debuted in 2021, marking a significant event in the brand's history as the first American-made Cohiba ever produced. Rolled in the illustrious El Titan De Bronze factory in Miami, Florida, the Serie M utilized a Nicaraguan Corojo wrapper, in another first for the brand, and this wrapper would remain a staple of the blend in its subsequent releases. Like in past years, 2024's Reserva Rova release of the Serie M is a limited edition, the most limited release of the blend yet, actually, with only 25,000 total cigars produced. Beneath the wrapper, the Reserva Roja features an additional leaf of Nicaraguan Corojo for the binder, with fillers from the Dominican Republic and Nicaragua for a rich, medium-bodied smoke: all in a singular 6.5 x 54 Toro Extra vitola .
