AJ Fernandez: Bellas Artes Gordo Cigars
Product Number: 007-731-0032
First released in 2016, AJ Fernandez's original Bellas Artes cigar — translating to "Fine Arts" — honors the Museo Nacional de Bellas Artes in old-town Havana, Cuba, and showcases a proprietary, hybrid-seed "Rojita" wrapper that crosses Connecticut 8212, Corojo '99, and Havana 2000 varietals. It's complemented by a Havana '92 binder grown in Nicaragua's Quilalí region — known since the 1800s for its dark tobacco — and fillers from Honduras, Brazil, and three of Nicaragua's pristine growing regions: Estelí, Condega, and Jalapa. The Bellas Artes delights with a medium- to full-bodied smoking experience marked by smooth notes of cream, cinnamon, cedar, and spice.
