Crowned Heads: Four Kicks Mule Kick Limited Edition 2023 Cigars

A limited-edition cigar from Crowned Heads, the Mule Kick is essentially a stronger version of the flagship Four Kicks series. The Mule Kick was first introduced in 2012 but didn't reappear until 2017, with consecutive releases having occurred almost every year since with differing wrappers. For 2019, Crowned Heads utilized an Ecuadorian Sumatra wrapper, then opted for a wrapper from Jalapa, Nicaragua in 2020, and the 2022 Mule Kick delighted in a sumptuous Mexican San Andrés wrapper. In 2023, the Mule Kick showcases the spicy flavors of an Ecuadorian Sumatra wrapper, and embraces its Ecuadorian roots with a vexillological box art. In order to fully accentuate the Sumatran wrapper, Crowned Heads slightly altered the filler blend, which features the addition of Dominican tobaccos to the Nicaraguan leaves that are a staple of the Mule Kick series.
