Ernesto Perez-Carrillo Jr. continues the Carrillo family's Cuban cigar-making legacy, following in the footsteps of his father, who established a Cuban cigar factory in 1948 before later moving to Miami. Handmade in the Dominican Republic at the Carrillos' factory, the E.P. Carrillo Encore is a Nicaraguan puro meant as a follow-up to the brand's acclaimed La Historia cigar. Aptly named, the Encore is part two of the La Historia's renowned performance, offering an elegantly complex flavor profile of earth and spice for a full-bodied smoke that's balanced by a hint of complementary sweetness.
