La Gloria Cubana: Corojo De Oro Cigars

Product Number: 007-025-0077

A traditional Cuban brand, La Gloria Cubana was revitalized in 1972 in Miami by Ernesto Carrillo, his intent being to provide top-notch cigars to local clientele. By the early 1990s, the brand's popularity had grown to become a staple of national cigar culture, prompting La Gloria Cubana to move production to the Dominican Republic where their cigars are made today.

La Gloria Cubana's Corojo de Oro cigar takes its name from its unique binder, a hybrid leaf of two cross-bred Cuban-seed tobaccos, Corojo and Pelo de Oro. The Corojo de Oro binder combines with an Ecuadorian Habano wrapper and filler tobaccos from Nicaragua, Brazil, and the Dominican Republic for a medium-bodied smoke with tasting notes of citrus, earth, pepper, and leather.
