HVC: San Isidro Hermoso Cigars
Product Number: 007-871-0009
HVC founder Reinier Lorenzo is originally from Cuba, and he often themes his cigars around Cuban culture and history — even the name "HVC" relates to Cuba, being a shortening of Havana City. The San Isidro line, which debuted in 2016, is named for the San Isidro neighborhood in Havana, most famous for where infamous gangster Alberto Yarini was shot and killed in 1910. As a cigar, HVC's San Isidro highlights an Ecuadorian Habano wrapper with Nicaraguan binder and fillers from Jalapa and Estelí respectively. Rolled at Aganorsa's Tabacos Valle de Jalapa S.A. factory, the San Isidro is a medium- to full-bodied smoke, marked by notes of earth, toast, cream, and subtle spice.
