Illusione's Allegria cigar is a sister blend to the OneOff series, a resurrection of a brand of cigars in the early 2000s started by Andrea Molinari, a cigar lounge owner and restaurateur in Milan. Marked by a simple peace sign on its band, OneOff developed a cult following after its 2004 debut before eventually being purchased by Dion Giolito of Illusione in 2017. Like the OneOff, the Allegria is a Nicaraguan puro of Corojo '98 and Corojo '99 tobaccos from Aganorsa Leaf, but it features higher primings for a stronger, bolder smoking experience. Boasting flavors of toast, wood, and subtle sweetness, the Allegria is a nostalgic, medium- to full-bodied smoke with excellent aging potential, enhanced by Illusione's reputation for quality and the use of Aganorsa tobacco.
