Jake Wyatt: Fourth Dimension Toro Cigars

Product Number: 007-908-0010

Prioritizing medium-bodied smokes marked by exceptional balance, delightful nuance, and overall smoothness, Jake Wyatt cigars are all hand-rolled at the Tabacalera JVM in Tamboril, Dominican Republic, showcasing exceptional tobaccos and often featuring subtle barber pole-like wrapper accents. The brand was founded in 2022 by Neil Garcia and Gerard Abajian and named after their two sons, Jake and Wyatt, with many of their blends drawing inspiration from the founders' previous experience in retail and professional sports and love for philosophy and literature.

The Fourth Dimension cigar is part of Jake Wyatt's regular-production core lineup, and its name is a sports reference to being "in the zone" — that place of complete concentration and perfect execution. Specifically, it's a tribute to Garcia's former career in professional baseball, and as a blend the Fourth Dimension showcases Dominican binder and fillers within a Dominican Habano Rosado wrapper accented with Dominican Candela leaf.

A Pleasant Surprise
April 23, 2024
Product: Jake Wyatt Fourth Dimension Toro
I'd seen a few Jake Wyatt cigars at local B&Ms and always been a bit intrigued because they're so novel and attractive looking. That said, part of me wondered whether the cigar was more gimmick than good smoke. It's not. In fact, it's one of the best cigars I've had this year. It has exceptional balance, and quite a bit of richness for a Dominican puros. I get sourdough, a touch of caramel sweetness, and a pleasant, astringent citrus sensation. Some red pepper spice on the retrohale, but so intense as to run anyone off. I'll be checking out more cigars from Jake Wyatt and Tabacalera JVM. Box worthy for me, and an easy cigar to recommend to fans of LFD, and Arturo Fuente....Read More
