Founded in 2010 by Tony Bellatto and Craig Rossi, La Barba — "the beard" in Spanish — is a small-batch, boutique cigar company whose cigars are handmade in the Dominican Republic. Tony and Craig value each cigar and the components necessary for creating a premium cigar, but they also recognize that cigars are part of a bigger picture, with each individual connoisseur partaking in their own unique way, from cutting method to lighting process, and flavor preferences to drink pairing. La Barba recognizes those personal aspects and prioritizes individuality in its cigars: "With that diversity in mind, we always strive to make our cigars personal, unique and memorable, from their flavor profiles down to their shapes and even their box designs.
