Chico Rivas is a Dominican master blender who is known for mentoring burgeoning Dominican blenders, and his work includes this cigar for LCA: the Trinitaria Jugo Dorado. Named in homage to La Trinitaria, a 19th-century secret society of revolutionaries who fought for Dominican independence, this cigar was blended to honor Rivas' fellow artisans and boasts three years of Privada-style aging. Blend-wise, the Trinitaria features a Dominican Corojo wrapper, Nicaraguan Estelí binder, and Dominican fillers of Habano 2020, Pelo de Oro, Piloto Mejorado, and Corojo, creating a bright, unique flavor profile that earns this cigar the Jugo Dorado appellation: meaning "Golden Juice" in Spanish.
