Powstanie Cigars

Brothers Mike and Greg Szczepankewicz began their careers in the cigar industry as successful shop owners before being motivated by a passion and desire to deliver truly transcendent cigars. Armed with a deep understanding of what makes a cigar special, not just to critics but to the average consumer, they founded Powstanie Cigars in 2015. "Powstanie" (Poh-Stahn-Yah) translates to "uprising" in Polish, a tribute to their heritage and Poland's resilient nature, and the brand's logo draws inspiration from the symbols used by the Home Army, the leaders of Poland's resistance movement during World War II. Powstanie cigars stand above the crowd as being among the few non-RoMa Craft Tobac cigars crafted at the Fabrica de Tabacos Nica Sueño S.A., with evocative blends created by the two brothers and the help of Nica Sueño.
