Rojas: Los Tejanos Mareva Cigars

Product Number: 007-890-0012

The Los Tejanos cigar is a collaboration between Noel Rojas of Rojas Cigars and Edgar Hoill of Edgar Hoill Cigars. Edgar is a professional photographer — alluded to by his catchphrase "One Shot One Kill" (O.S.O.K.) — and he's collaborated with numerous names in the cigar industry, including Christian Eiroa and others. Named in honor of Latin Americans living in Texas, the Lost Tejanos cigar features a Mexican San Andrés wrapper around fillers and a Corojo binder both from Nicaragua's Somoto Valley, and each cigar bears a band with both Rojas' logo and Hoill's O.S.O.K. mantra. While all three Los Tejanos vitolas comprise the same tobaccos, they're hand-rolled in two different locations: The Mareva and Toro sizes are crafted at Tabacalera Flor de San Luis in Nicaragua, while the Lancero is fittingly made at Rojas' factory in Richardson, Texas.

Product: Rojas Los Tejanos Mareva
Solid San Andres, especially for the price. Packs sweetness, but overall pretty balanced.
