Richard is one of our Customer Service Representatives in China, assisting all of our China-based customers with questions, orders, and translations. He is outgoing, warm, sincere, and passionate about his work. In his free time, he enjoys playing badminton and computer games, listening to music, and traveling, which helps him stay healthy and broadens his horizons.
