The Laudisi Enterprises technology team is growing! The Tech team at Laudisi supports the software and technology infrastructure for six websites, our proprietary ERP software, and the efforts of 125 Laudisians in four countries. We take what we do seriously, and we're looking for someone to join a highly productive, close-knit, long-standing team of developers and IT staff.

The role:

As the company has grown, we're looking to augment the existing staff with a IT Support Specialist. You should be technically adept, organized, engaged with the work and enjoy problem solving, both solo and as part of a team.


User Support/Helpdesk
Computer, printer and other device troubleshooting
Computer repair
Technology asset organization and management
User account management
Assist Systems Administrator with routine network tasks

General Required Skills:

Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
Strong communication skills—both written and verbal
Professional, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Can lift at least 35lbs

Specific Skills:

AS/AAS in a related field required. BS in Computer Science preferred.
3+ years experience in field
One or more of the following certifications, or equivalents:
Microsoft Modern Desktop Administrator Associate
CompTIA A+ Certification
CompTIA Network+ Certification


Health insurance: Company pays 65-75% of employee's premium, depending on plan, & 20% of dependent's premium.
401(k): Company matches up to 4% of pay.
Short-term Disability: Company pays.

Life Insurance, $20,000-30,000 policy (depending on other elected benefits: Company pays. Additional low cost life insurance available also.)
Vacation and Holiday Pay: Tiered based on time with company.
