Laudisi Enterprises — the parent company of, Laudisi Distribution Group, Cornell & Diehl, Peterson of Dublin, and Low Country Pipe & Cigar — are searching for candidates who can embrace the energy of a fast-paced environment to support our internal technology needs as a member of our dynamic Information Technology team. 


The IT team at Laudisi supports the software and technology infrastructure for twelve websites, our proprietary ERP software, and the technology needs of over 125 Laudisians in four countries. We take what we do seriously, and we're looking for someone to join a highly productive, close-knit, experienced team of developers and IT staff.


As the company has grown, we're looking to augment the existing staff with an IT Helpdesk Technician. You should be technically adept, organized, engaged with the work and enjoy problem solving, both independently and as part of a team.




  • Perform ongoing user technology support and general Helpdesk duties

  • Troubleshoot and correct workstation, printer and ancillary device issues

  • Perform on-site workstation repair (including hardware and software issues)

  • Assist with technology asset organization and management

  • Manage user accounts




  • AS/AAS in a related field preferred

  • 1+ years experience in the technology field

  • One or more of the following certifications, or equivalents:

    • Microsoft Modern Desktop Administrator Associate

    • CompTIA A+ Certification

    • CompTIA Network+ Certification




  • Maintain a positive attitude

  • Be punctual, reliable, and flexible

  • Attendance on-site

  • Availability to work days and weekends

  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills

  • Strong communication skills—both written and verbal

  • Professional, self-motivated, and detail-oriented

  • Have a valid Driver’s License

  • Ability to lift 30lb
