ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY:

Laudisi Distribution Group, which we fondly refer to as LDG around here, is the sole U.S. importer and distributor of Savinelli and Rossi pipes and accessories, Savinelli pipe tobacco, and Peterson pipes and accessories. We’re also the U.S. distributor of C&D and G. L. Pease pipe tobacco brands, which are manufactured just down the road by our sister company Cornell & Diehl.

As part of our efforts to grow the reach and augment sales of two of our core brands (Savinelli and Peterson pipes), we are seeking an experienced Ecommerce Seller Central practitioner to manage, extend, and maintain our two existing e-commerce accounts. Over the past two years, our Amazon footprint has grown, producing favorable revenues. In the years to come, we are seeking to expand our inventory of SKUs on the platform to see continued growth in sales and eventually intend to expand to additional reseller platforms (including but not limited to WalMart). JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Monitor brand account health, performance, inventory levels, and responding to buyer messages.
Manage stock forecasting, restocking, inventory planning for products in the catalog as well as new products.
Managing customer returns and helping to resolve fraudulent returns.
Monitor Amazon listings and correct problems as they inevitably arise to ensure all listings are active at all times. Create and manage cases with Amazon Support to resolve issues that do arise.
Make corrections to current listings that have inaccurate information that were created by other sellers.
Collaborate with the internal team to resolve issues as quickly and efficiently as possible.
Audit and optimize product listings within the Amazon platform.
Assist with forecasting, profitability analysis, inventory management, and promotional strategies as it pertains to Amazon.
Police other retailers for minimum advertised prices compliance.
Develop data driven recommendations to fuel growth and improve profitability.
Perform keyword discovery and competitor analysis.
Upload content for product listings using flat files (content made by our in-house marketing team).
Upload, edit, create and maintain listings (including variation listings) to all Amazon Seller Central accounts.
Understand how to use product templates to create and update product listings, especially as a way to resolve listing errors.
Schedule FBA shipments.
Stay on the cutting edge of all things Amazon marketing within Seller central such as: Amazon Advertising, AMS, AMG, DSP, Best Deals, Lightning Deals, Coupons, Cross Promotions, etc.
Execute successful online marketing campaigns including, but not limited to PPC, SEO/SEM, listing optimization, launching new products, and generating reviews that comply with Amazon’s Terms of Service.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

1+ years of Amazon Seller Central and Brand Registry experience.
Fluent in working with Seller Support/Brand Registry to diagnose and resolve a diverse range of issues.
Knowledgeable in Amazon’s policies and account health maintenance.
Strong aptitude for numbers with ability to understand business and product strategies.
Must be proficient with ability to develop spreadsheets, databases, flat files, and general correspondence.
Intermediate level of Microsoft Office Applications, Google Suite, and analytics tools to support Amazon
Experience with Advertising Software and Helium 10 strongly preferred.
General understanding of advertising concepts and terminology as well as an understanding of how Amazon’s advertising campaigns are driven.
Maintain and update and manage Amazon Storefronts, Enhanced Brand Content as well as create various deals within each Amazon marketplace.
Self-motivated and able to work proficiently in a remote environment.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
A good attitude and willingness to learn is a must.
On-Site training near Myrtle Beach is required.
Periodic office visits are an integral part of this role.
Possess a valid Driver’s License.
Possess a clean driving record.
Ability to pass a clean criminal background check.

While prior pipe and cigar knowledge is not required and is developed through on-site training, it is a major plus!
