In regard to the tin's art work, Botticelli's Primavera is depicted. A line from classical writer Lucrertius' De Rerum Nature inspired the choice of this masterpiece. "With colours and odours excellent." Many art critics proclaim this to be the world's most mysterious painting.

Most flavorful aromatic I’ve had to date

Being a newer smoker and not able to taste 15 flavors per blend that I hear from some people, this is one of the few that I have tasted much flavor at all from. And not just at the beginning of the bowl, the caramel is very pronounced all the way through and I get a hint of vanilla here and there. The room note is amazing on it though I must confess I didn’t expect much after smelling the tin note as it has some kind of strong whiskey smell to me so I was shocked at how good and sweet it tasted. It is extremely wet though and there are clumps of what appears to be black cavendish stuck together so I think this could stand to be separated some and dried for perhaps a better smoke as it does go out some when trying to smoke cool. Haven’t tried it dried but wet it definitely has a great flavor and smell. Personally I’d rate this over blood red moon as it carries the flavor a lot longer and it’s more pronounced. It’s a very smooth smoke as well and no bite at all. Seems to be good quality tobacco. It’s my first Sutliff brand to try but I’m a believer. I’ve only had about 15 or so blends but so far it has more flavor than any I have smoked. Another one I like a lot is RLP-6 but it’s flavor isn’t real strong but it has a subtle sweet and creaminess about it so if you like it I would think you would love this blend. Just my two cents and I’ll definitely be keeping a good bit of this on hand for rotation. This was one of the first wet aromatic's I've tried, and yes, it's wet. I keep mine in a jar in my office, I open often to smell it and leave it open to dry out. not an everyday smoke for me because it's tooo sweet and takes alot of work. but taste good none the less...in my opinion.

Alot of good flavor. Kinda comforting in the cold weather. I like to mix it with Prince Albert sometimes. A true must try if you like caramel vanilla.

Product: Sutliff Molto Dolce 1.5oz

Recently I switched from non filtered pipes to filtered ( and thank you Smoking Pipes for having a great selection) so I've been trying out some tobacco I didn't care for in the past and trying new ones...this is one such.
I generally try a new blend in a Falcon bowl as they trap moisture in the bottom of the stem as opposed to actually filtering the smoke before trying it in one of my briars..
This blend is so heavily cased I have to actually call it "wet" and really soaked the Falconn"filter" before half the bowl was finished, but I didn't get any flavor from the casing or of tobacco.
When I opened the tin it was such a great nose I was a bit disappointed, but that's why you try different blends, right? My wife, who is my room note judge, really liked it, so I decided I needed to do something with it.
Since it was a nothing blend for me and extremely wet I figured it wouldn't hurt to try blending it with something drier, so the remainder of the tin was divided in half and mixed with two ounces each of 1Q and Kendall Gold.
I've only tried the 1Q mix, but it does seem a little sweeter but I'm going to let both sit for a couple months before trying again.
I may order another tin to try mixing with some Black Cavendish but will not smoke it alone....Read More

Love this blend I found it stuck away in my son’s tobacco gear. I’m holding on to it while he is out of country. Oh Wellington smoked the whole tin and loved it .A great all day smoke for me or anytime. Sorry Aaron I’m ordering two more tins, hope upon get some!😎
