tried Comoy's no.4, Peter Stokkebye's Luxury Twist Flake was as good a tobacco as I'd ever had the pleasure to enjoy, but it's no better than this Comoy's --- just different. In fact, I can't imagine smoking anything more enjoyable than this Comoy's or Stokkebye's flake tobaccos. I've yet to sample the no.7, but will get to it eventually. s worth your time. I prefer it to Stokkebye's excellent Luxury Navy Flake because it's a little tangier on my tongue, but LNF gets the call-up when CC#4 is on the "disabled list."
Comoy's burns beautifully and rubs easily. Personally I don't fold-and-stuff it, as I think its flavor works better rubbed out a bit. But it's an easy, thin flake to do that with if you prefer.
It's lemony, smokes clean, and is a wonderful choice any time. If only it were in stock more, it would be perfect. Read Less

rn is near perfect, I am able to smoke an entire bowl without relight. Taste is of natural tobacco with a good amount of sweetness from the Va. an the Perique adds just a slight spicy tingle. I like Navy flake a lot. Though i don't like too much sweetness. This did it for me, as a more savory. I mean that in the sense that it isn't too sweet, mild hay and nice smoke plumes makes this a good candidate for a Navy flake tobacco

some very nice flake come out of the bulk. The Virginias used, have a nice fermented hay, and mellower citrus flavor. The perique doesn't over power and is balanced well with the Virginias. Comoy's knows how to make a nice Navy flake and I hope this one stays for many more years. Read Less
