First smoke out of any sealed tin is never a good indicator of flavor... in this case I was disappointed, but only at first... First tin I got of this I forgot about for 2 weeks after opening it. Ran out of tobacco, found this and gave it another go. I guess It had dried out enough to get hit with a pleasant and unexpected flavor. I burned through that whole tin in a week, every day, the new favorite! I now open new tins of Cult and let them sit for 12 hours over night, close them back up, and the next morning its a great smoke....Read More

This is not a Cult winner in my opinion. If you like cigarettes you might like this concoction. Cult has better offerings like Anonymous or Blood Red Moon to fill your pipe with. I am going to cellar the other tins I have of this and see if it improves with age. Its funny you smell the vanilla in the tin note but do not get it in the smoke at all. Ya I just don't get it. Nice aro with a trace of vanilla but mostly fine blend Virginia Black Cav blended perfectly. Did get some bite but the humidity is 90% and its cold and snowing out so may have to throw the bite to ma natures contribution.

By how well the Virginia’s and Black Cavendish tobacco’s were blended together so well to give a smooth smoke without any bite even when pushed a bit. In the background there is a hint of vanilla. I’m glad I was able to get my hands on a few more tins before it sold out. If your a Cavendish lover this is a blend you must try!!!

UPDATE:
I was informed earlier today that this blend is no longer available and it’s already a collectible. So, if by chance you come across a tin or 2 by all means....BUY. I paid $5.00 a tin from a B&M that closed his doors last year and earlier today I was offered $40.00 per tin. Of course I did not sell, but made an outstanding gift to a pipe smoking friend.
