ver stuff.
The only thing special about this blend is the packaging. It looks great on a shelf, but you won't reach for it often once you've tried it.
If this kind of blend sounds appealing to you, try Sutliff Old Professioe or Lord Nelson, Revelation Match, Holiday Match or a dozen others.
Pretty packaging isn't worth the extra cost for what you get here. Read Less

be attributed to the cavendish and the flavoring (Rum, we’re told but it tastes more like a honey-bourbon. The “Lightness” comes, I suspect, from the Burley. If this were my blend. I’d cut the burley in half, allowing the other components shine a little brighter.
This is one of those blends where the tin note is not a great reflection of the flavor profile when smoked: Much sweeter in tin then in the pipe!
Smokes well right out of the tin, especially with a little drying time.
Falls a little flat on the retrohale but the room note, so I’m told, is pleasant. Read Less

Over all I enjoyed it, its smooth, no bite, and a good room note. Got plenty of comments when I smoked in public. I found myself smoking it easily, no brainer. Definitely want to have if you like aromatics or knee easy English to smoke anytime.

Taste is mild to medium and somewhat consistent, with notes of smoky incense, herbal floral, tart and tangy citrus, nuts, spices, sour vegetation, wood, sweet grass, toast, peaty/musty, orange peel, zesty, a mildly lemony background note, and a peppery retro. nse — the latakia making itself known. The cavendish provides a nice, natural tobacco component keeping everything together. There’s a very slight taste of rum throughout the smoke.
The nicotine hit is very mild. So is the tongue bite. All in all, it’s a very mild blend that could be an all day smoke.

while now. This for sure will be headed to my new rotation of blends to smoke what a great surprise it was to smoke. The aroma and the smell that leaves in the room is wonderful people that I smoked it with loved it and wanted to try it. Some of my other pipe smoker friends or more of the English and Virginia's and thought this was a really nice change up for them even though it is considered English aromatic. If somebody's looking to break into some more English or Virginia Blends this would be the way I would go. opping of what smells like Kahlua. a few to many stems in the cut, and the main thing i dont like is upon lighting it taste dusty. yes taste like actual dust and dirt. now its a light taste but its all can focus on. it does go away after the first third of a bowl, and develops a nice simple taste, it never really knocks my socks off. and that is what i want in a tobacco. i mean life is to short to smoke inferior baccy, and that is just what this is, and inferior tobacco. probly why it has the liqure flavoring in the first place to cover up crap tobacco. Geschmacklich ähnlich der MB Mix, leichtes, angenehm frisches Prickeln ab 2. Hälfte ohne dabei an Geschmack zu verlieren. Relativ tabakecht mit wenig Nikotin. Ich hätte gern alle Sterne vergeben, wenn er denn nicht ab letzten Drittel doch etwas bitterlich werden würde.
