ld be perfect for an outdoor fall day as is I think though. Fairly straightforward and simple, but very enjoyable for a smoke during the part of the day I'm active and can't sit and contemplate a more complex blend. If I had to smoke this for a while and be stranded from my main tobacco stash I think I'd get by. It's pretty good. I'm normally more of a dark fired smoker when it comes to my burley but this is something I wish I'd tried sooner. I like it a lot better than their luxury navy flake. I'll probably be reordering this one, I really like the unique burley experience this offers. Read Less

e natural sugars in this ready-rubbed/broken flake presentation oddly remind me of Virginias, but with a very bold and robust nuttiness instead of the grassy breadiness.
Simply put, this is such an amazing burley that I had to buy a pound of it! It’s October right now, and the sweet bold nuttiness is especially perfect for autumn. This is my new go-to smoke. Read Less

ut half way. Aromas in the bag of sweet molasses, lightly toasty Burley. Very nice. Upon lighting I get taste of burley up front. Some sweetness and plenty of cocoa. The smoke is fairly one dimensional but that isn't a bad thing. Mild nic hit and a smooth overall smoke. Recommended if you're looking for a nice relaxing smoke. Read Less

Sweater than expected from a burley blend with a very pronounced nutty flavour, this tobacco is truly remarkable.

. Room note is also surprisingly good for a burley. I suspect the liquorice was added during casing and the maple sugar added just prior to pressing and heating, creating a caramelized profile which is a dark sweetness that balances exceptionally well with burley. Due to it's rubbed-out flake form, it requires more re lights and more attention. Smoked slow or fast, nevertheless it'll bite the crap outta your tongue, much like Mac Baren. I enjoy the flavor, though the tongue bite and constant relights prevent me from enjoying the entire experience. It's a 2.5 star flavor but the mechanics and bite drop it 2 stars. Read Less

This is what a good Burley is all about! Fabulous big smoke, nutty, chocolaty, sweet. Granger is still my #1, but this got high star's because of the cut as well. The broken flake is a fantastic attribute.
