Founded by Kyle Gellis, Warped cigars are made the Cuban way, using techniques like the Cuban triple cap, historic covered foot, or entubado bunching, at either El Titan de Bronze factory in Miami or at Casa Fernandez's Tabacos Valle de Jalapa S.A. in Nicaragua. An entrepreneur with a taste for finery, Kyle is a curator of meticulous standards. He supervises Warped at every level of production, ensuring that every Warped product meets his rigid criteria. As a brand, Warped prioritizes nuanced flavors, showcasing the natural notes of quality leaves instead of masking inferior components underneath domineering robustness — aligning with Gellis' "be exclusively different" mantra.

Now Gellis and Warped venture into the world of pipe tobacco, collaborating with Jeremy Reeves of Cornell & Diehl to produce Warped's first pipe tobacco — The Haunting. Meant to bridge the gap between cigar and pipe smokers, this blend consists of AA grade Dominican Criollo cigar leaf and the finest Virginia tobaccos for a smoking experience that offers the best of both tobacco industries, all unified by unmitigated standards and superior components. The Haunting is now joined by Kings Stride, Cloud Hopper, The Red Hunt, and Until the End, all offered as regular production blends.
