Danish Estates: Jorgen Larsen Smooth Bent Brandy with Bamboo (I)

Product Number: 004-001-5633

Bamboo pipes are all about proportion of shank to bowl, as well as spacing between knuckles. Instead of taking a section of bamboo and cutting between the knuckles like most people would do, Jorgen Larsen opted to cut on the knuckles to create a centralize focal point, as well as allowing for a stouter junction between bowl and stem. The bowl has a very interesting angled rim which I find to be the most attractive aspect of the pipe.
