Danish Estates: Preben Holm Fancy Straight Grain Freehand

Product Number: 004-001-6384

Preben Holms is known for these very Danish 1970's style pipes, this one leaning a bit toward the conservative side, with some little features that are slightly outside the norm. For instance, its paneled shank is far to architecturally structured to be typically seen in the school; the small scale of the bowl also falls suspect, when paired with this length. In the hands of Preben, however, it all seems to come together nicely, enveloped in luscious flame grain.
