Danish Estates: Stanwell Hand Made Sandblasted (35) (Regd. No.) (1960s) Tobacco Pipe

We've seen Stanwell's "35" shape a number of times over the years, typically taking the form of a beautifully sweeping, oval-shanked bent Acorn design, originally drawn up by Anne Julie for the marque back in the day. The "35" stamp corresponds to two distinctive shapes, however; this particular Acorn design is the other. It's not one we've seen much of in the past, being an earlier shape, thought to have been originally designed by Sixten Ivarsson. We see it here presented in a crisp Danish style sandblast, and still in very good condition considering its vintage.
