Danish Estates: Stanwell Featherweight Smooth (200) (1970s-1990s)
Product Number: 004-001-13896
Stanwell's "86" shape is a sort of Dublin/Pot hybrid originally designed by Sixten Ivarsson back in the day, featuring a broad, slightly domed rim with a subtle taper down to its lifting heel and sweeping transition, followed by an oval shank and saddle stem configuration. It's one of the marque's most iconic designs, really, so much in fact that they even made a Featherweight version of it: the shape "200." We see that more diminutive interpretation here, showcasing some lovely grain. There's some light chamber scraping and a few handling marks, but it's otherwise in good shape.- Andrew Wike
