Danish Estates: Ingo Garbe Smooth Bent Dublin

Product Number: 004-001-18923

Ingo Garbe is a purist as it regards pipe making: He never uses adorning accents, only offers smooth finishes, and his shaping style is traditional. Found here is a gorgeous bent Dublin from the Denmark-based, German artisan. Garbe often emphasizes the lower bowl in his work, the defined transition of this piece prompting cheeking at the flanks. The gesture of the shank and stem is ever-so-elegant as it gradually tapers to the button, and a dark, deep ruby stain highlights a stunning array of flame grain across the thick-walled bowl.
