Danish Estates: Kent Rasmussen Partially Rusticated Horn with Masur Birch
Product Number: 004-001-19043
Kent Rasmussen's Horn rendition is really one of his signatures, in that if you've ever seen one of his designs, they're immediately recognizable as such. The swift, sweeping flow of line and curve, the undulating bevel of the rim, the protruding lip along the aft of the rim: all tell-tale signs of Kent's signature Horn. This particular rendition is finished in a partial rustication, with either flank polished smooth and covered in windswept flame and an extra-dark column of micro-fine rustication flowing up along the underside and fore. A masur birch accent band adorns the stem base, complementing the coloration of the stummel's smooth portions while contrasting the darker, rusticated areas.- Andrew Wike
