Danish Estates: Dane Craft Partially Sandblasted Freehand (B) (by Wenhall) Tobacco Pipe
Product Number: 004-001-19536
Crafted by Wenhall, this Dane Craft Freehand is a striking design, rife with intricate lines and dressed in a texturally intriguing dual finish. In profile, the bowl resembles a Pickaxe with the slightly undulating rim tapering down towards the crisp, protruding heel spur. The majority of the stummel is finished in a light depth sandblast with an abundance of ring grain climbing the bowl's flanks and radiating across the shank's sides. Said shank also displays a notch along its topside, pairing nicely with the bowl's firm spur. A patch of smooth briar along the bowl's fore as well as a trim band along the shank end offer a hint of contrast but are stained a complementary hue that pairs well with the stain of the sandblast.
