Danish Estates: Bjarne Spot Carved Bent Brandy

Product Number: 004-001-21125

An artisan Danish carver, Bjarne Nielsen began his career in the 1970s and later established his own workshop. The Brandy was one of his beloved shapes, and he produced them in a wide array of variations. This rendition displays a low-slung Pot-like profile, with a gradual transition and smoothly rounded heel. The bowl pinches a bit as it climbs upwards for a bit of whimsy, and a smooth traditional finish accentuates the cross grain orientation of the briar nicely.
