While this shape might be fairly traditional and conservative for Karl Erik, it makes for a lovely presentation, with a broad, plump Brandy bowl possessed o a gentle taper to the rim. The transition is wide and rather muscular, though with plenty of room to drape a thumb, and leads to a svelte stretch of shank and stem that nicely balance the visual weight of the bowl. A warm auburn stain highlights handsome grain all around, with the left flank showcasing some lovely flickers of flame grain.
