Danish Estates: Wenhall Dane Craft Freehand Sitter (B) Tobacco Pipe

Product Number: 004-001-32727

A striking, eye-catching design, this Freehand from Wenhall boasts a rather unique build. The bowl, Dublin-like in its upward expansion, boasts a block-shaped protrusion at its fore wall that gives the impression that the paneled shank has extended through the bowl and come to rest at the fore of the composition. The bowl also possesses a flat heel, enabling the design to sit sturdily without a pipe stand, and an undulating plateau-crowned rim, which further accentuates the shape's organic character. A warm, ruby-hued smooth finish dresses the stummel and highlights fine wisps of flame grain on all flanks of the bowl.
