Danish Estates: SON Partially Sandblasted Bent Dublin Tobacco Pipe

Product Number: 004-001-33016

A rare example of Erik Nording's early work during his partnership with Skovbo, this Freehand Dublin is sure to interest fans of Danish Fancy style. The bowl is capped with a broad, craggy plateau rim, featuring tapered walls leading down to a spurred heel. A high-set transition meets a round, upturned shank, accented with a section of plateau at the junction with an ornate vulcanite stem, comfortably bent. Dressed in rich, partially sandblasted finish, the fore of the stummel is finely textured, with a chestnut stain highlighting the grain around the rest of the bowl.
