Forgoing Neerup's usually muscular and organic shaping style, this Pot is a lean, streamlined take on the pipe chart standard, presenting a pert, rounded at the fore of an arrow-straight shank-and-stem arrangement. The overall form is quite lightweight and conforms naturally to the hand, and it's all handsomely presented in a crisp, dark sandblast that highlights an impressive display of grain about the bowl. A metallic band accents the junction and lends a touch of flash to the pipe's otherwise reserved color palette.
