I'm not always a fan of paneled shapes, but I do like this soft-bowled, easy flowing bent Egg design from Stanwell. The ridgelines are subtle, yet crisp and maintain the clean, plump lines of the overall form. It's an overall fluid piece in terms of shaping and momentum that never loses sight of its classic Danish style. As part of the Sterling series, this piece features a generous, bright band of silver along the shank end, serving as a handsome complement to the stummel's warm chestnut stain.
