Dated to 1985, this Freehand represents the more conservative end of Nørding's shaping style, presenting a tall, flaring bowl that's set to an upturned shank and a demurely curved mouthpiece. Craggy plateau across the rim adds a touch of organicism to the composition, while the stem's shimmering orange hues liven the shape's silhouette. A ruby-hued smooth finish dresses the stummel and highlights fine strands of flame grain that rise in concert with the bowl's flare. Unsmoked.
